Children’s Bulk Billing Dentist

The CDBS is an Australian Government scheme under which eligible children between the ages 2-17 can get access to benefits of $1000 in a 2-year calendar period for various general dental treatments.

Is your Child Eligible?

The benefit of CDBS is means tested and your child may be eligible for CDBS if you receive a Government benefit such as Family Tax Benefit Part A. To know if you qualify for CDBS, you can call Medicare on 132011 or you can visit Department of Human Services.

However, you must remember that orthodontic or cosmetic dental treatments are not covered in the Child Dental Benefits Schedule.
